Step #1: Please fill out the New Vendor Request Form and return it to truck.logistics@n-7llc.com and customer.service@n-7llc.com.

Step #2: When submitting your form, please indicate the product you desire to transport. Those products, along with links where you can find additional information, are included below.

• Ammonium Sulfate

• Diesel Exhaust Fluid

• Anhydrous Ammonia

Step #3: Please submit your insurance certificate to insurancecerts@bepc.com and njohnson@bepc.com for review and approval.
The certificate should be addressed as follows:

Step #4 (if applicable): If you are an Owner/Operator and don’t have employees, you are required to fill out and submit the Verification of Non-Employment form. It does not matter if you are a non-North Dakota company. If you don’t have North Dakota employees, we will still require the Verification of Non-Employment form to be submitted and sent to insurancecerts@bepc.com.
